It was a good day, great weather, great trails., great food....everyone had a great time!!! Thanks to all that participated in this fundraiser to support the WFRA ski trails and to all the volunteers who made it possible!!!

I am from Western N.Y. and looking for snow. I have a small team of Siberian Huskies who are desperate to run. I have never been to the forest so I would like to come out and run and don't the who,what, and where of sledding on your trails. I am retired and can come out during the week. Thanks for any info. Jim M.

Hey Jim. Most people that dog sled leave from the CCC camp parking area on the north side of the forest. You can find directions there under the trails tab on this website. You can use all trails for running your dog's. You can also download and print a map off from the same tab.

There is event prep happening this week and we are expecting more snow Wednesday into Thursday night. Some trails will be closed this weekend for the SnoFATshu duathlon event happening on Saturday. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected]
